TACO NACO KC is a Mexican-owned, women-led, chef-driven restaurant and market company rooted in Kansas City. What began as a small stand at the Overland Park Farmers' Market has grown into a neighborhood favorite known for bold Mexican flavors, handcrafted products, and welcoming hospitality.

We are looking for a dependable Bartender to join TACO NACO KC Westport.

Position Overview

Make La Cantina at our Westport taquería a place guests want to return to. You will mix margaritas and cocktails, serve beer and alcohol-free drinks, and bring attentive hospitality to evenings and weekends that can move quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and make useful recommendations from the menu.
• Prepare margaritas, classic cocktails, and alcohol-free drinks consistently to recipe.
• Check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service and house procedures.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized; monitor ingredients and communicate shortages.
• Handle payments accurately and coordinate timing with the kitchen and service team.
• Complete opening and closing work, support teammates, and resolve guest concerns with care.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year.
• Bartending or comparable restaurant service experience; familiarity with tequila, mezcal, and Mexican beer is helpful.
• Warm, confident communication and a genuine interest in helping guests enjoy the visit.
• Ability to work cleanly and accurately during a rush without losing track of service.
• Reliable availability for evenings and weekends.

Schedule
